Rube Goldberg Machine (CTS)

This is the project which we have to make our own rube goldberg machine, it is an individual project, but also a group work. It is because after we finished our rube goldberg machine, we have to combine our machine with our group member. Picture below is my rube goldberg machine and my machine plan.

Idea Journal 5 (CTS)

In this idea journal, we have to make a book cover for all our previous idea journal, well my apologies that I forget to take picture for my idea journal 5, but in book cover we need to show our character,so I have draw a person who watering a small plants. It is because I wanted to show that I'm a person who likes nature and hate those people who are polluting the environment.

Idea Journal 4 (CTS)

This is my fourth idea journal, which we have to make an event for my monster. I have create a birthday party for my monster and I let my monster celebrate his birthday with his family and friends. Happy Birthday to my monster Greenie! :)

Idea Journal 3 (CTS)

Here is my third idea journal, for this journal we have to create our monster's villain. Also, I have an idea for my monster's villain, which is a monster who dislike trees.Why? It is because my monster like trees so his villain must be dislike trees. :) Here is my idea journal 3 work.

This is my monster's villain, which is purple in color and have two horns on his head. I named it "Bad Boy", and it has a nickname which is "Hell Boy".

Idea Journal 2 (CTS)

 Here is my second idea journal, this idea journal 2 we have to create our monster's city, I have an idea which is "trees". Why? It is because I am a nature lover and my monster also, that is why my monster is green color and I gonna make my monster's city full of green. :)

Idea Journal 1 (CTS)

 When I first join Creative Thinking Skill (CTS) class, I was so excited of what is the creative thinking skill about. When I first enter to the class, I have receive my first project which is idea journal one, my lecture want me/us to create our own monster, I was wondering why we have to create a monster. But when I doing the idea journal, I get fun with my idea journal, it make me feel so excited to finish the idea journal and make me become more creative. Here is my first idea journal which we need to create our monster. Have a look. :)

Presentation/ Group Presentation (English)

In the English class, I also learn how to present well through our project. In our English projects, we have individual project or group project, in every project our lecture give to us, we have to present our project to our lecture. Furthermore, because we have to present our project to our lecture, we are prepared well for our presentation and shows a very good teamwork in our group project. By the way I have improve my presentation skills and communication skills through presentation in our project. Also, I have learn the importance of teamwork and co-operation between our group and group member.

Reading (English)

Besides of listening and writing an essay, I have also learn the importance of reading in my English class. Reading is very important because we can improve our English by reading. Also, our lecture told us to read story books, newspapers, articles, magazines, journals and other reading elements. Furthermore, we can get our ideas or important points to write our essay through reading, when we are writing an essay we will confuse of getting points and ideas, if we have read more in our life, we can get the points and ideas much more easier because we already knows where the points and ideas come from. Moreover, we also can improve our speaking through reading, it can help us to present well in our presentation, so, reading can help us on many other effects.

Listening Test (English)

We also have listening test for our English class. Listening skills are very important in our daily life, because we must be concentrate on what we are listen or what the people talk while we are communicate with other people. So, I have learn a lot of listening skill from my English class and learn to concentrate and focus while my lecture is teaching in front of the class. Also, listening is important while we want to enter our degree because we will have to present or communicate with our lecture, if my listening is not good, I will bring an not good image to my lecture and hard to follow what lecture teach in the class.

Writing Essay (English)

In my high school, writing essay is just a simple thing in my mind, when I heard teacher want us to write an essay, we just write an essay without any others thing. But when I enter Taylor's University, I have learn many things about how to write an good essay, in my English class, my lecture told us writing an essay not just write, you might also have to do a pre-writing before you do an essay because you can list down all your ideas, important points, and many other useful sources before you write an essay.Also, elements of pre-writing may include planning, research, outlining, diagramming, storyboarding or clustering. Besides, in our essay we need to include topic sentence, thesis statement, pronouns, specific details, transition word. Furthermore, in our essay we may include an introduction, body and conclusion. Introduction is an important part because it is an opening remarks to catch reader's interest, introduction also including thesis statement and plan of development. For the body part, it may include 3 paragraph, each paragraph may include topic sentence and specific evidence. For the conclusion part, it may include optional summary or general closing remarks or including both of it. Besides of how to write an essay, I also learn to use quotes and phrases in the class. In conclusion, I have learn many things about writing an essay and how to make my essay become more interesting.

Infrastructures (ENBE)

This is my ENBE course project which we need to explain about the infrastructure such as system infrastructure, mobility infrastructure and communication infrastructure.

Space details (ENBE)

I have sketch a space detail which is The White House. The White House is the official residence and principal workplace of the President of the United States.

Project 2a,2b (ENBE)

 In my project 2a and project 2b, we need to form a group to do our project 2a and 2b. We have 6 member in a group who known as Tan Wei How, Tan Ming Long, Tai Chia Chuan, Wong Kim Wan, Tan Yong Ming and me, and by voting Tan Ming Long is the leader of our group. In the project, we will visit three different places which is Kuang as the rural area, Kepong as the sub-urban area, and KL Sentral as the urban area. We have plays a very good co-operation among our group member and we have learn more about the comparison of rural, sub-urban and urban area. Besides, we also trained our communication skill when we communicate with other people. Finally, we have finished our report about the project and present our report. In the pictures shows my group member and I on the way to Kuang for our research about the rural area. The other pictures is the picture of one of my group member and me take a picture with the citizen in Kuang.

Project 1a,1b (ENBE)

 The pictures shows my project 1a and project 1b, I have used A3 paper to done this project, for project 1a, I have used collage to make a tree, which means we have to love our forest and natural environment.
And for project 1b, I also used collage skill to make the space, in the collage, I want to explain that we are born to finish our journey, during the journey, we can choose to be the bad, which is demon side, or choose to be good, which is the angel side.

Fifth project (ENBE)

 In this project, we need to sketch a timeline about anything, so I choose to sketch a timeline of buildings, in the first picture, I have sketch a old building which is the Pyramid of Djoser, it is an archeological remain in the Saqqara necropolis, Egypt, northwest of the city of Memphis. It is also a building in the 3rd millennium BC.

 In the second picture, I have draw a building named Christ Church, Spitalfields, it is an Anglican Church built between 1714 and 1729 to a design by Nicholas Hawksmoor. Situated on Commercial Street, in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, on the eastern border and facing the City of London.

The third picture is the Emirates Towers, The Emirates Towers complex contains the Emirates Office Tower and Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. The two towers, which rise to 355m and 309m, respectively. The Emirates Towers complex is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a symbol of the city of Dubai. This tower is built on 2000s

Fourth project (ENBE)

 In the fourth project, we got or project brief which want us to sketch two types of building structure, two types of service details and three types of furniture. In the picture shows that I have sketch two types of service details which is elevator and escalator.

Third project (ENBE)

 This is the third project/assignment our lecture give to us, they want us to sketch/draw one landscape details, two landscape perspective and three types of plants. The pictures at the left side shows my sketches of the landscape perspective, in the picture I have draw tiles floor, laminate floor and stone floor.

In the picture shows that I have sketch a landscape perspective which shows a road toward the dawn of the sun..

Second project (ENBE)

 This is the second project/assignment our lecture give to us, our lecture want us to draw/sketch with a topic of "issue of natural environment" and another sketch/draw which need to be include of 5 types of element such as fire,space,earth,water, and air. The picture on the left side is my sketch about the issue of natural environment.




The picture on the right side is my sketch which include 5 types of element. The sky represent space and air, sea represent the water, sand represent earth and the fire in front of the man represent the element of fire.

First project (ENBE)

This is the first project which our lecture give us and want us to draw/sketch a natural environment, so I draw a butterfly which is a natural environment.
